With over a decade of experience working in senior communities, I bring a unique blend of heart and strategy to every transition. My career path has included roles as a small business banker, professional organizer, and outside sales specialist—but my passion for senior transitions was shaped by something much more personal.I spent six years as a caregiver for my grandparents, supporting them through four moves within senior living communities. I also walked alongside my mother as she aged in place, helping her maintain comfort and control in her own home. Later, I worked with a senior move management company here in Charlotte, where I saw firsthand how overwhelming—and impersonal—these transitions can feel.That’s when I knew I wanted to create something different. I launched The Next Nest to give seniors more voice, more dignity, and more choice in how they right-size their lives. Every move is about more than just stuff—it’s about honoring the life that’s been lived and creating space for what’s next.

Our Legacy Services are designed to preserve the memories, meaning, and stories behind the items that matter most. We help seniors and families identify treasured heirlooms, document their significance, and create a lasting record—whether through written reflections, photo archives, or our custom Legacy Books. This process not only honors a lifetime of experiences, but also eases decision-making during downsizing and helps families stay connected across generations. It’s about more than what you keep—it’s about what you carry forward.

Loved & Listed
Our Loved & Listed Package is designed to simplify the estate clearing process while honoring the value of your belongings. We start by creating a complete inventory of items in the home, followed by a distribution inventory to track what’s being kept, gifted, donated, or sold. We then carefully select 10 high-value or meaningful items to professionally photograph, list, and manage for resale. From coordination to execution, we handle the delivery or pickup process—so you and your family can focus on what truly matters.
